Added a Configuration Option that Allows the ‘Apply’ Button to be Hidden in the Unit Modal But Display in the Calculator Modal of SightMap.

What's changing?

We've introduced a new configuration option that allows you hide the 'Apply' button from the Unit Modal, while leaving it enabled inside of the Calculator Modal. This ensures that prospects engage with the expense calculator and review pricing details before applying. This feature went live in November 2025.

What to expect:

This new setting allows you to guide prospects through a more informed leasing journey. By removing the 'Apply' button from the Unit Modal, you can direct residents to review their full cost breakdown in the calculator before they start an application—helping ensure they understand all fees and charges upfront. 

What do you need to do?

To enable this feature, reach out to your SightMap representative. NOTE: This setting only applies to SightMaps where both the Expense Calculator is enabled.
