Added an Endpoint for ‘GET: List all-in pricing’ to the SightMap API.

What's changing? 

We've added a new API endpoint to the SightMap REST API that provides comprehensive unit pricing data, including base pricing and all-in pricing (base rent plus all required monthly expenses). This update went live in July 2025.

What to expect: 

Marketing and advertising partners can now programmatically access complete pricing information for each unit within a property through a single API call, streamlining integration workflows and ensuring accurate pricing representation across marketing channels.

What do you need to do?

Setup is required to access this new endpoint. Ensure you have the necessary API permissions, and review the updated API documentation for implementation details.
