Added Support for Expense Level Disclaimers in the SightMap ‘Calculator Modal’.

What's changing?

We've added expense level disclaimer support to the SightMap calculator. When an expense includes a disclaimer, a numbered superscript icon (e.g., ¹, ²) now appears next to that line item in the calculator modal. All disclaimers are listed at the bottom of the modal with their corresponding numbers for easy reference. This update went live in November 2025.

What to expect:

Disclaimers provide SightMap end users with important disclosure information directly within the expense calculator experience. This enhancement helps ensure compliance by consistently displaying necessary disclosures alongside relevant fees and charges.

What do you need to do?

This update has been automatically applied to all SightMaps, embeds, and customer-facing experiences. To add disclaimers to your expenses, configure the 'disclaimer' field for individual expense items. No action is required if you don't need to display disclaimers for your properties.
