Added Support for Unit Level Expenses in SightMap.

What’s changing?

We’ve enhanced the SightMap calculator to support unit-level expenses in addition to asset-level expenses. This means a single expense can now vary by unit—showing different prices/ values for different units. This update is now live as of December 2025.

What to expect:

This update gives property teams more flexibility and accuracy when presenting pricing to prospects. As property management systems increasingly provide expenses at the unit level, SightMap now aligns with that industry shift by processing and displaying expenses per unit. While asset-level expenses will continue to work as well

What do you need to do?

No action is required. This update has been automatically applied to all SightMaps. If you’d like to take advantage of unit-level expenses, simply configure them through the SightMap REST API.
