Product Updates: Spaces 2.11

We’re excited to share what’s new in the Spaces 2.11 release. This update delivers significant improvements to portfolio mode, real-time availability, import reliability, and security along with a slate of bug fixes and behind-the-scenes enhancements that make Spaces faster and more stable.

New Features

Unit Availability Updates Every Hour
Unit availability data now refreshes automatically every hour instead of once daily. When a unit is leased or its status changes, that update reaches your Spaces page significantly faster — no configuration required.

See When Your Data Last Imported — Right from the Admin
Each property page in WordPress now shows a "Spaces Data Status" panel with timestamps for your last floor plan, unit, pricing, and content imports. If something looks off, you’ll know exactly when data last came in without needing to contact support.

Per-Property Pricing Display in Portfolio Mode
Each community in a portfolio can now have its own pricing display setting — base rent, TMLP, or contact — independently configured. Previously, all properties shared a single global setting.

Custom Disclaimer Text in Portfolio Mode
Two new disclaimer fields are now available in the WordPress admin — one above and one below the portfolio inventory — no template editing required.

Portfolio Mode: Custom Disclaimers and Pricing Label Before: Portfolio mode had no built-in disclaimer fields, and the community pricing pre-text label couldn't be configured without template overrides.

Three new configurable fields are available directly in the WordPress admin, no template editing required:

- Top disclaimer — displayed above the portfolio inventory

- Bottom disclaimer — displayed below the portfolio inventory

- Community pricing pre-text — the label that appears before the price on community cards (e.g., "Starting at")

Bug Fixes

"$0" Replaced with "Contact for Pricing" Everywhere
Units with no pricing data now consistently show "Contact for pricing" across floor plan cards, unit listings, and the lease term modal. The "$0/mo" display has been eliminated.

Bedroom Count Filters Now Return Accurate Results
A bug where units could inherit bedroom filter classes from the parent property — causing incorrect results when filtering by bedroom count — has been resolved. Filters now reflect only a unit’s own bedroom count.

Affordable Housing Units Display Correctly
Affordable units now show as available regardless of placeholder availability dates, "Contact for Availability" displays consistently everywhere it appears, and affordable units are properly excluded from price range calculations.

Portfolio View Loads in the Correct Default Order
A JavaScript error that caused properties to appear in an unpredictable order on initial portfolio page load has been fixed.

Pricing Import Failures Are Now Logged
When a pricing import fails, the error is now captured and visible in logs — making it easier to diagnose why pricing may not be updating.

Security

Admin Actions Now Require Authentication
Cache rebuild, asset reset, and floor plan media reset buttons now require a valid session token. No change to how they look or work — this is a behind-the-scenes security improvement.

Improvements

Community Card Photos Are Larger
Community card images now display at 545 × 370 px, up from 345 × 170 px — noticeably better on any screen size.

Pricing Label Color Is Now Consistent with Your Brand
The community card pricing label now uses the same content color variable as the rest of your Spaces interface, so it automatically matches your configured brand colors.

Share and Copy Links Work Correctly in All Browsers
The SightMap embed now has the correct browser permissions for web sharing and clipboard access, resolving issues where share or copy-link functionality wasn’t working in certain browsers.

Removed

Legacy ILS Integration Removed
An unused legacy integration with external apartment listing services has been removed. No visible change and no action needed.
