Bug Fix: Yardi Voyager Pro Forma Rent Calculation Issue

We fixed an issue affecting pro forma rent calculations when Yardi Voyager feeds contained empty or missing numeric values. Some clients may need to update their integration settings to fully apply this fix.

The platform now correctly handles empty or missing numeric fields from Yardi Voyager feeds that previously caused inaccuracies in pro forma rent calculations and map displays.

For clients who were experiencing issues, the fix requires enabling a configuration flag in their Yardi integration settings.

This fix was released in January 2025.

• Accurate Pro Forma Maps: Rent data now correctly reflects Yardi values even when feeds include empty fields.

What do I need to do?

If you were experiencing issues with pro forma rent data:

1. Navigate to Integrations → Manage Integration for your Yardi Voyager connection.

2. Update the integration configuration to include the following setting:
