Entrata Enhancement: Support for Limiting Unit Inventory

What's New:

We're excited to announce support for the 'PropertyPreferences' flag in the Entrata pricing and availability feed processes. This is a new feature designed to give property managers granular control over which available units are displayed in SightMap. 

How It Works:

The PropertyPreferences flag allows Entrata SightMap customers to selectively include only certain units in availability responses while excluding others that are technically available. When enabled, our process makes an additional API call to retrieve the property's preferred unit list and filters the final results accordingly.

Set-Up Instructions:

This feature is off by default but can be enabled for new or existing feeds. To set this up, have your SightMap support representative enable the "Use PropertyPreferences flag" in your Entrata pricing and availability feed.

This enhancement was implemented in June 2025 and is now available.
