Dynamic Expense Limits in the Calculator Modal

What's New:

We're excited to announce an enhancement to the SightMap Calculator Modal that introduces configurable expense limits. This is a new capability designed to align calculator functionality with your actual leasing policies and constraints.

How It Works:

The SightMap calculator now respects the specific expense limits that are passed through in the API, and does not allow end users to add more than the max. 

Set-Up Instructions:

No action required, just pass limits through the SightMap REST API into the expenses endpoint.

Release Information:

This feature was released in May 2025, and is now live.
