Introducing Expenses

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Expenses Endpoint in the SightMap REST API.

The Expenses Endpoint provides ILS and website partners access to detailed fee information for improved listings.

This is an important step in our fee transparency initiative, a series of features to support all-in pricing in multifamily.

What You’ll Find in the API:

• Move-in costs: Deposits, application screenings

• Monthly costs: Pet fees, utilities

• Additional details: Fee descriptions, categories, and limits
