Now available: Unit Amenities Filter on SFTP Dashboards

What’s changed?

The Unit Amenities filter is now available to all users with SFTP dashboards. This new feature lets you filter units by specific amenities, making it easier to find the properties that meet your needs.

When did it change?

The Unit Amenities filter was released in January 2025.

What’s important about this change?

Unit Amenities filter comes with several valuable enhancements:

• Easier Unit Search: Quickly filter by unit amenities such as 12+ ft ceilings, balcony/patio, den/study, etc.

• Improved Usability: Enable or disable the filter directly from the Manage UI for greater flexibility.

• Enhanced Efficiency: Save time by instantly narrowing down relevant units.

What do I need to do?

No action is required. The Unit Amenities filter is automatically available on all SFTP dashboards.
*Currently available only for dashboards with SFTP integration.
