Product Updates: Spaces 2.7.0

Reminder: For all customers using Spaces 2.0 or later, an updated Timber plugin is required for compatibility with the latest version.

New Feature Release – Transparent Pricing

We’re excited to introduce Transparent Pricing in Spaces — a new feature designed to give renters a clearer, more accurate view of what they’ll actually pay each month. Watch the video demo for this new feature!

How It Works

You can now choose how pricing is displayed across your website:

• Base Rent only

• Estimated Total Rent only

• Both side by side

Estimated Total Rent includes all required monthly fees, giving renters better visibility into actual leasing costs.

This release also includes the ability to trigger the SightMap Price Calculator directly from the unit card (for clients using SightMap with pricing enabled), providing instant access to a full pricing breakdown.

Set-Up Instructions

To enable Transparent Pricing:

1. Ensure your required fees are up to date and integrated in Atlas. To do so, please contact your Customer Success Manager

2. Follow the Readme documentation to enable Transparent Pricing in Spaces
